Pagodas and mosque East of Menghai
Pagodas and mosque East of Menghai

We made a few stops on our way from Menghai to Jinghong. The first was a pagoda several miles off the main road requiring a slight hike through the farmlands. As usual the locals are quite curious and friendly to us. Our next stop was small Muslim village just down the road. Yunnan province is known for its diverse racial and ethnic minorities.
